About Miller & Miller

Founded by brothers. The Miller name is on the work.

Parker and Taylor founded Miller & Miller around a simple standard: understand the operation, define the result clearly, build practical systems, and leave clients in control.

The founders

The experience behind the company

Parker brings experience from Google, nearly five years at Spot AI, and a Stanford law degree. Taylor brings hands-on ecommerce implementation experience across Shopify and connected tools.

Their experience shaped the company's approach: learn the operation, define the result and acceptance criteria in plain English, build the system, and train the team that will operate it.

As Miller & Miller grows, the standard stays the same: clear scope, accountable communication, and work the company is willing to put its name on.

Parker Miller

Parker Miller

Co-founder

Parker spent nearly five years helping build Spot AI from the inside, moving from revenue operations to partnerships. Before that: products and operations at Google, plus Stanford Law.

That experience shaped Miller & Miller's approach to prioritization, risk, and measurement: separate useful systems work from expensive distraction.

Taylor Miller

Taylor Miller

Co-founder

Taylor's background is in hands-on ecommerce implementation inside Shopify and the tools growing brands already use.

His focus on testing, documentation, and practical handoff helped shape a core company rule: clients should not be left with a black box.

Our operating principle
Tell the truth about what is worth building. Do the work well. Stand behind it when it ships.
What we stand for

The principles behind the work

Four rules that decide what we build, how we build it, and what stays in human hands.

Outcome before AI

We do not build something because it is technically interesting. We define the operational result and how it will be measured first.

Human judgment stays in the loop

AI can draft, route, summarize, and prepare. Your people approve what matters.

Build inside the business

The best systems fit the tools and people already there. We avoid creating another disconnected system unless there is a good reason.

Plain English or it does not ship

If we cannot explain it simply, measure it clearly, and hand it to your team to use, it is not ready.
