Senior technical ownership from scope through handoff.
We learn the operation, agree on the result, build the system, train your team, and leave you in control. Projects use fixed pricing and written acceptance criteria; optional Care is available after launch.
A ranked opportunity map
We learn how the work really runs and rank the top opportunities by impact, confidence, effort, dependencies, and risk.
A fixed project scope
You receive one fixed price and written acceptance criteria before a custom implementation begins.
A clean handoff
We implement, test, document, train the team, and leave you able to operate the delivered system.
Apps solve features. Growing brands still need someone to own the workflow between them.
The difficult work is not buying another tool. It is understanding the operation, cleaning up the handoffs, accounting for edge cases, and defining what a successful result means.
Miller & Miller owns that technical work from scope through launch. You approve the business case, fixed price, and written acceptance criteria before implementation begins.
Understand. Agree. Build. Hand over.
The process moves from the people who run the workflow to a written result, tested implementation, and trained team.
01
01
Understand the operation
Talk with the people who run the workflow and identify where time, money, or reliability is being lost.
02
02
Prioritize the opportunities
Rank potential work by expected impact, confidence, effort, dependencies, and operational risk.
03
03
Agree on the result
Define the scope, fixed price, and written acceptance criteria before implementation begins.
04
04
Build and launch
Implement, test, document, train the team, and put the system into production.
05
05
Hand over control
Your team can operate the system without an ongoing Miller & Miller contract. Another project and Care remain optional.
A clear starting point. A fixed price before we build.
Start with the $2,500 Kickstart or approve a case-by-case custom build from $7,500. Optional Care starts at $400 per month for one defined production system.

A clear decision at every stage
The $2,500 Kickstart is completed in 10 business days after kickoff and required access. Any custom implementation is separately scoped and priced before it begins.

Talk through the bottleneck
We identify the workflow, the systems involved, the available data, and what a useful result would change.

Complete the Kickstart
After kickoff and required access, we interview the operators, rank the top five opportunities, complete one tightly scoped proof build, and train your team.
Before a build
Before a build
Approve one fixed price
If a custom implementation makes sense, we define the scope, acceptance criteria, business case, and fixed project price before work begins.

After launch
Operate it or add optional Care
Your team receives documentation and training. Another fixed project or Care remains optional.
It works when you own it
We handle the technical delivery, but a successful system still needs a decision-maker, an operator, and access to the relevant systems and data.
An accountable sponsor
A leader who can explain the business result, clear access roadblocks, and approve the written scope.
A workflow owner
Someone close to the day-to-day who can show us how the work actually runs and help test the result.
The people who use it
The operators who will use the system. We include them in interviews, acceptance, training, and handoff.
What we will not automate without human review
AI can prepare, route, summarize, or draft. Judgment-heavy, sensitive, and high-risk decisions stay with a responsible person, especially when a workflow touches money, customers, legal commitments, safety, or reputation.
Anything that touches money
Pricing, payments, and spend decisions get drafted and prepared — a person approves before anything moves.
Customer-critical judgment
AI can route, summarize, and draft. The call that affects a relationship stays with your team.
Legal and contractual commitments
The system can prepare work and surface details, but a responsible person approves any commitment.
Safety and reputation
If a workflow touches safety or reputation, we design it so a responsible person stays in control.
A scoped system and an ongoing backlog need different delivery models.
Miller & Miller is designed for a defined operational result, clear technical ownership, fixed project scope, and a clean handoff. An ongoing agency can be the better fit for continuous cross-functional delivery.
| Miller & Miller | Ongoing agency model | |
|---|---|---|
| Best fit | A scoped operational system with a clear outcome | A continuing cross-functional backlog |
| Commercial model | One fixed project price approved before work starts | Monthly capacity or an ongoing engagement |
| Delivery | Clear technical ownership | A broader team with specialized roles |
| Handoff | Designed so the client can operate the delivered system | Often designed around continuing external execution |
| After launch | Optional Care or another fixed project | Ongoing monthly support and delivery |
The engagement, explained
The Kickstart is a $2,500 fixed engagement completed in 10 business days after kickoff and receipt of all required access. We interview the people who operate the workflow, rank the top five opportunities by impact, confidence, effort, and operational risk, deliver plain-English findings and an implementation order, build one tightly scoped proof using systems and access already available to your team, and provide training and handoff. The starting proof scope involves no more than two existing systems and excludes major data cleanup, broad migrations, storefront redesigns, complex authentication, and multi-workflow internal platforms. We select and agree on it during kickoff.
